2022-2023 Academic Year Fall Semester Make-up and Single Course Exams About UPDATED Announcement

Due to the earthquake centered in Kahramanmaraş on February 06, 2023, the make-up exams of the 2022-2023 Academic Year Fall Semester held at our University between February 06-10, 2023, and the single course exam held on February 15, 2023, and the thesis monitoring, qualification, etc. exams that could not be held in postgraduate programs, as per the letter of the Higher Education Council Education-Teaching Department;

 * The repetition of the make-up exams held on February 04-05, 2023, will not be conducted, and the results of the make-up exams held on February 04-05, 2023, will be valid,

* The exams prepared and announced by the academic unit in accordance with the following calendar and principles can be conducted as per the announced exam program,

* The relevant exams can be conducted online (multiple choice, true/false, written, assignment, project, etc.) according to the exam format determined and announced in advance by the instructor,

* Students who could not attend the make-up exams held between February 06-10, 2023, and students who attended the exams on the relevant dates can retake the make-up exams to improve their grades,

* If students participate in the make-up and single course exams for the purpose of improving their grades, the last grade they receive in the exam will be valid,

* Students who will participate in the relevant exams must fill out the form/forms attached and send them to the unit's email address, and the exams to be opened according to the requests will be determined by the units,

* All exams such as thesis monitoring, qualification, etc. that could not be held in postgraduate programs can be conducted according to the exam program determined by the relevant unit and the exam format determined and announced in advance by the instructor,

 It has been deemed appropriate by the Senate decision of our University dated March 24, 2023, and numbered 530/1.

Students who will participate in the relevant exams must fill out the form/forms available at the link below and send them to the unit's email address.
